Founded in 1990, UCOBAC is a Non Government Organization whose mission is to promote human rights and improve the welfare of women and children using community based initiatives. UCOBAC conducts advocacy activities to influence welfare policies and programs for vulnerable women and children and strengthens grassroots communities to mobilize resources and advocate for their rights.

This video explores the impactful collaboration between UCOBAC and GLTN/UN-Habitat, with support from the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Promoting peaceful co-existence of landlords and tenants on private Mailo Land
This documentary explores the experiences of tenants, landlords, and officials in Kiboga district, highlighting conflicts under the Private Mailo land system. Through the ILGU project, UCOBAC and GIZ aim to improve land governance and foster harmony to boost productivity for small-scale farmers.
