Gloria Kalinaki serves as the Communications Officer at the Uganda Community Based Association for Women and Children Welfare (UCOBAC). In this capacity, she contributes to the advancement of the organization’s mission to promote the rights and welfare of women and children through community-based initiatives.
Gloria is responsible for developing and strengthening strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, development partners, civil society organizations, and the private sector at national, regional, and global levels. Her work is instrumental in enhancing UCOBAC’s visibility and influence within the development sector.
She is a highly adaptable and results-oriented professional with a strong ability to work effectively in multicultural environments. Gloria is a committed team player with sound digital competencies and a keen interest in collaborative and impact-driven communication.
Her passion lies in working with individuals and institutions that are dedicated to the empowerment of women and girls. She views her role as a critical pathway towards contributing meaningfully to gender equality and social transformation.
Gloria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Archives and Records Management from Makerere University.
